Shree Pnavali Bahi Khata Hindi + English 11 x 4 Inch | Business Accounting Register

Description

This is a Shree Pnavali bahi khata in the long narrow 11 x 4 inch format, with the page printed in both Hindi and English. The bilingual columns are practical in a shop where the person writing and the person reading the accounts do not use the same language comfortably — entries stay understandable to both.

Pairs well with the ruled tich button register.

The narrow page suits a single column of amounts down the length of the sheet, the way traditional entries are laid out, and the book stays open on a counter without needing table space.

It suits daily business records kept in the shop’s own ledger format.

Two languages on the same page

A bilingual khata solves a specific problem: the person who writes the accounts and the person who reads them may not handle the same language comfortably. With the columns printed in both Hindi and English, an entry stays understandable on both sides of the counter without anyone translating as they go.

This Shree Pnavali bahi khata is 11 x 4 inches: the long narrow page that traditional entries are written on, with amounts running down the length of the sheet. It stays open on a counter without needing table space, and it suits daily business records kept in the shop’s own ledger format.

Because the entries run down a narrow column, the book can be propped open on the counter through the day, the way shop records have always been kept. It can also be handed to whoever is free to write it, without waiting for one particular person to be at the counter.
