Canvas Index Kangaroo Clip File 14 x 11 Inch | Office Document and Certificate Folder

Description

A kangaroo clip file uses the metal clip that grips a stack of paper and holds it flat inside the file, so a document can be added or taken out without punching holes or tying tags. On a canvas index file it does the job filing actually needs: bills, receipts, certificates and papers kept together in one place, in order, and retrievable.

Pairs well with the perfating register.

At 14 x 11 inches it takes A4 and foolscap papers with room to spare, and the canvas cover protects the contents through years on a shelf.

It suits offices, shops, banks, schools and anyone keeping documents that have to survive being handled again later.

Filing papers so they can be found again

Filing fails for a boring reason: it is too much work to add one more sheet. A kangaroo clip file removes that excuse. The metal clip grips a stack of paper and holds it flat, so a bill or a certificate can be added or taken out without punching holes or tying tags – the reason this file is a standard in offices that handle paper daily.

At 14 x 11 inches it takes A4 and foolscap papers with room to spare, and the canvas cover protects the contents through years on a shelf. It suits bills, receipts, certificates, guarantees and any document that has to survive being handled again later.

Keep one file per category rather than one per year – bills, guarantees, licences – and finding a paper becomes a matter of seconds instead of a search. Because the clip holds the stack flat, the file can be opened and read without emptying it first.
